Last post by Guardians GM (Nate) - Sep 02, 2024, 09:58 AMAs of this moment regular in season free agency and DFA/Waiver drops are frozen for teams not currently playing.
Playoff teams may bid on free agents but all bidding will be only be 1 year deals. Once a team is eliminated they will then be frozen until 2025 business starts.
If a playoff team waives a player to make room for a signed player the rest of the league may at that point make a claim.
The draft is still going on so please continue to make your picks. Once the playoffs are over we will work on the schedule for the 2025 season and get back to business as quickly as possible.

- has secured the AL 2nd Division winner spot.
- have not only taken over the NL East race but have locked up 2nd Division winner spot in the NL.
- will all have a 1st round bye in the playoffs.
The NL playoffs appear to be set but there could be a switch in the #1 or #2 WC spot depending on how this week goes.
The AL still has

within striking distance of the #3 WC spot. is also 6 games back of the AL Central lead.

This is the last week of the regular season so it'll be interesting to see how the final playoff spots shake out.
