Matt Allan is not eligible to be bid on.  He is under the 13050 threshold and has not had his contract purchased by the Mets and is not on the 40 man roster.

That appears to be the case.  He was signed during the 2023 IFA session so he's not eligible for bid in 2024 IFA. This bid is unfortunately invalid.
